I am 28 years and I have pretty much been overweight my whole life. I have never been married and I also have no children. I decied to have the Lap-Band surgery in January 2007. I have been told by doctors that I am a very healthy person despite my weight, but I fear that if I continued to carry this much weight I wouldn't be so lucky for much longer.
