Hey Guys !!

Been mia for a while, been trying to focus on working out and loosing and the last month and a half i started slacking. It sucks my trainer had to stop for personal reason and i feel so bummed i dont even go to thegym. My hubby and me and now starting to swim an hr in the morning to get back into the routine and eating healthy., But i want carbs all the time, i dont dump on anything and i just cant find the motivation to get back on top of things. Im 55lbs away from goal 8 1/2 months out, down 89lbs !
