Where Do I start from here

Well you guy I am pregnant. Yeah! I m due in April but I really want to lose this weight. I been really good about not gaining to much while I am expecting. My Doctor told me she only wants me to gain about 15lb. I wonder how long will I have to wait after having the baby will I be able to have surgery. (Do not place rude comment)

I am new to this site and I can seem to get an handle on how to use it. Please help. Another thing, I do not know where to start with finding the right doctor.
