I still can't believe it has been one year since my surgery! I have lost 138lbs and feeling great.
I have lost a whole person and evry time I see pictures of my self from before I want to cry.
I can't stand that I let myself get the big. Well that's in the past now, on to a new me!
I have about 30lbs more to go until I reach my goal. I know I can do it.

Thanks to Doctor Pleatman! I feel you really saved my life, by doing my surgery. I will be forever
grateful!!!!!!!!

Well its been for months today since my VSG and I have lost 65lbs. 77 all together.
I am so happy I did this for myself. I don't have to take anymore blood pressure meds,
and haven't used my inhaler in months. I can actually walk upstairs without crawling.

This is the best decision I've ever made!!

I am so nervous I could vomit! One day away from the biggest decisions and life changing experiences of my life. I know with the love and support from my family I will be ok. I am determined to lose the weight and live a healthy lifestyle.
