Day 19 and down 18lbs. Whoo hoo! I can see it. It's soooo amazing. My co-workers are seeing it as well. My face is slimming down and my stomach is looking flatter. Wow! I'm going to Palm Springs in August and I will be shopping for a new bathing suit. For those who I told about the surgery, who had skeptism, are amazed with my recent weight lose. I finally told my family and they support me. My favorite cousin is really happy for me. I also had to finally admit that I am vain about my appearance. Yea its bad! LOL Oh well! I have more energy than I thought I was going to have. My knees are not achey as they had been. I can even see my feet slimming down, they're not as poofey. I'm going to post my pics of my trip tonight after work and I'm going to see if I can get my co-worker to take pics of me to post. I am loving me!

Well its been very busy for me since I've been home. Today is day 15 and I've lost 15lbs!!! I lost my first 4lbs from my 3day pre-op diet. I'm thrilled. However once I get passed 200lbs I'll be more impressed. I'm having alot of heart burn right now but I know how to make that stop. No worries. My co-workers say they can tell I've lost weight and I can see it in the way my clothes fit. I'm trying not to buy new clothes right now. However I do have size 14's in my closet. I have tried eating solids. Chewing is a big deal for me. I have to chew so much that I get tired and say forget it even though I'm suppose to be on mushies right now. If food gets lodged in my throat I get turned off and stop eating. Ohhhh! But candy goes down realllll easy! Imagine that! I dont pick out places where I think I have to eat as I dont have any real cravings right now. There are soooo many things that I cant eat so I dont waste the brain energy to think about it. Will be posting my trip to Mexico pictures soon.
Thursday 7/1 Surgery time!

Well I'm having my surgery tomorrow. I feel numb. I've been on my pre-op liquid diet since Monday and I dont feel hungry. I guess its from the anticipation of my surgery. The few I have told are very supportive. About to go to bed, have to be at the border by 7am. 2 1/2hr drive.

Countdown to Blastoff!

Ok count down to blasting off the fat! LOL! Today I start my Pre-op diet. Thanks goodness its only for 3 days. Thursday is the day and I'm feeling a lil anxious. 
I have the "what-if's" ! I didnt get any sleep last night my mind kept racing. 
I feel like I have so much to do before my surgery but I really dont. Tonight I'm going to get my bag together. I was told last week that I should have my passport before Wednesday. I trust that I will. 
I'm going to have to bury myself in a craft project for the next couple of days to keep my mind off of Thursday. Anywhoo...gotta get back to work!

Today I scheduled my date!!!!! 
July 1st. I spoke with the doctor ( my 2nd time) and he speaks English very well and seems to be very caring and informative. I spoke to his logistic person to work out the particulars. I''ve been approved for financing however they have to get in touch with the doctor, so I'm waiting to hear back from them and I need to find a companion.
I'm excited ....but nervous. He told me I was going to be in good hands. But why wouldnt he say that? Trish is the coordinator and she seems to be genuine. I hate for people to try to run game on me. I dont do well with game.

I'm really confused about which doctor to choose. Some are too expensive and the affordable ones I can't find enough info on them. Had anxiety over it and to make matters worse we had 2 earthquakes today. Yikes!!!!!

Just got back from Las Vegas. Had stomach problems first few days. Stayed very gassey throughout trip. Sister thinks I may have colitis. Going to research colitis before I call my doctor. Didnt win any money
but then I never do. Waiting for a response from loan company to see if approved. Keeping my fingers crossed. Thinking about the new life I will have after surgery. OOOOOOOOOOO LaLa!
