I went to a seminar with Dr. Li last night.  I was very impressed with her.  I'm going to go to Dr. Singh's next seminar and then commit to one of them as my doc.  Exciting and scary at the same time.  Dr. Li's assistant said that with my insurance I could have a visit next week, to set up the 3 month required diet plan, have another visit in one month and a 3rd one in the next month.  They would schedule the surgery that day and do the actually surgery 3 weeks later, so if I'm doing the math right, sometime in October.  Phew, fast.
