Closing in on 9 months post op

on May 4, 2011 it will be my 9th month surgiversary.  Currently, I'm down 171 lbs and pretty excited about whats going on. Looking forward to seeing what my own progress and updates for just myself will be by the time the next 9 months roll around. Often questioning am I going to line up and go on with phase 2 of my particular process of the gastric bypass or duodenal switch? Or am I going to try to tuff it out with purely diet and exercise the old fashioned way. Well one thing i can say out loud to myself is that This fight is not one that I want to make on my own. Been there, done that. So we'll see how things go. I still have a good ways to go and I dont think that just my sleeve alone will do it. So, we'll see. I'm also very excited about what's happening with my body right now. All I can see are possibilities. My bottom half is just in charge as it's always been! My top half is pretty small compared to the bottom half and they say that that's how it is for most people. So like i said, we'll see what happens.
I bought an elliptical machine this weekend and it is BRUTAL!!!! That is all
