My name is Melody and I am in the process of submitting my paperwork for insurance approval. I have chosen a great surgeon and I am choosing the lap band surgery. I am scared of the malabsortion part and I think that the lapband will work for me. I have a BMI of 45 and I am ashamed to say that out loud. I am married to a great husband and both of my kids are grown. I have two small grandsons and I love to play with them. I am worried about the surgery working on me since I tend to start out great and fall off at the end of every program. I am definitely inspired by other posts. I hope that things work for me.
