Well im down 54 pounds and i think im moving slow but the doctor says im right on track cause i wasnt that heavy to begin with.. better to lose it slow then all at once i think..And better to lose then gain also right...aloha.........

JUST WANTED TO SAY THAT IM DOING GREAT AND LIFE HASENT BEEN BETTER IM STILL LOSING SLOW BUT THE DOCTOR SAID IM RIGHT ON TRACK WELL JUST WANTED TO SAY ALOHA TO EVERYBODY AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK....
