I heard from the Cardiologist tonight and he cleared me for surgery.  Have to call the surgeon tomorrow to set up the surgery date which will be in December hopefully.  I am so excited to finally be on the way.   Strange but this afternoon the surgeon's office called and wanted to know if I was still going to have the surgery because they hadn't heard from me in a while.  That was because I had to wait for and appt with the Cardiologist.    The surgeons office told me again that my insurance cleared me.  That was the easiest part!!

Hi.  It is October 30, 2006.  I am sitting here thinking about the surgery I will be having.  I have so many questions regarding after the surgery.  What will I be able to eat?  Will I get sick?  I hear some people have problems with certain foods.   How long after surgery will I be able to eat solids.  I am hoping to have the surgery in the beginning of December so what will Christmas be like?  All this stuff keeps going through my mind.  I guess time will tell.
