To those embarking upon their transformations, I wish that you find the joy and love of your bodies that I have found. It’s not simple to change ingrained behaviors, but healthy habits do become habitual overtime. So to an extent, it does get easier with each step you take. It starts today. Are you ready to take that first step, and the next? If you are, just whisper “yes” to yourself. It is time to acknowledge it out-loud and make it real.
