BIGGEST LOSER

Apr 28, 2009

Well, I Just got done watching the biggest loser and I have to admit watching their transformation motivates me. I have the most up respect for the contest who appears on the show. To be able to give themselves the opportunity to change. Their changes are so tremendous it makes you wonder what it can be accomplished over 16 weeks. I guess will see

The show motivates me to stay on track. That it doesn't come over night. That there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Although, I do think they should focus a little more on what they eat because losing weight has to do a lot about what you eat. Anyways, I think that's one thing I can do for myself is finding positive things, person, place, etc.. to stay focus and determined. I read magazine's, articles online just to learn more about weight loss or even eating right. Oh yeah, the name gotta go though..such a negative name.

Hello everyone, this will be my first blog on this site. I wanted to post a blog sharing with you all my new site that will be up for running. I created the site to help me stay motivated and build a strong community. The site will update my progress of losing 200lbs. You will also have the chance to create profiles that will allow you to blog, forums, videos in the site.

I wanted to post a blog in here however to help me with ideas to better the site. Below are some question that can help me do so. I thank you for all your help. Check it out www.mychubbyworld.net

What would you like to know more about nutrition or exercise?

Do you think having a free meal at least once a week can benefit you from falling off the wagon?

What are some of the reason why its hard to exercise?

Do you think that if you have a step by step plan how to eat right or exercise right that it would help you lose weight better?

Thanks,
Sam
