How trifflin of me, I have not logged on in soooo long. I a trully blessed and the weight is coming off in allmthe right places. I have 2 lbs to go before losing 100lbs !!! Im a so excited about all the gosls I have accompkished thus far.  I had my 1st wow moment recently i actually fitted into a short black dress which happen to be a size ed/lg off the regular size clothing rack. go me I will post the pics real soon. Oh yeah to all the folks I partied with in Jacksonville, Fl I wanna say thanks for showin so uch love. See ya when I come again.

Well hello!!
I am keeping my promise to keep yall updated with my progress. I am excited about the changes my body and life are going through. I have officially taken off 60 lbs which will never to be seen again!! I have come down to 238lbs as of today. It is amazing that less than 3 mos ago I was 2 lbs away from being a whopping 300lbs. Thank God for the second lease on life. AMEN!!

Well it has been a min. since my last post. I am proud to say that I am down 54 ponds and feeli good. My husband says I feel and look better than when we meet 13 years ago (he so fresh). I am happy that my surgery was such a success. I am gettin a lil bored with the all complements I am getting lately. I had to ask if I was that jacked up prior to the WLS? My close friends think I am jokin when I ask that question. My pastor says that I am opening the door for those that are afraid of WLS surgery and that several people have asked him questions about it and he says to watch sis Mo (me) and see how it is working for her.  Well I am going to end here and will keep updating my progress as it comes.

SORRY  I have not posted in a while. I have been so busy with the month of november. I had the surgery, lost my pop-pop, and lost a few pounds. Well the weight loss is a good thing! I am down 33 lbs. to-date. I have so much energy now I can't believe it is coming off as fastb as it is. I joined a local fitmess center, I am proud of myself. By the way I forgot to formally thank my angellete Veronica (omegavee121) for showing me so much love during my surgery as well as afterwards. You are the best, I thank God for you coming into my life. she was the first person besides my husband that I spoke with once I came out of recovery. Well I am going to end my letter for now and I promise to submit some new pictures sone as well keeping everyone updated on my journey.  God Bless!!

Just writing to keep you all updated on my journey, went to the Drs. yesterday and i am down 15.5 pounds since last weigh in. That is so amazing to me. I have lost a total of 23lbs Pre and post-op). I swear I am hungry..I don't want to taste another jello, chiken broth or any of the clear liq. diet options!! Doc says I can advance to full liquids now..that is only adding creamy soups... at least I don't need jello anymore. LOL

I am so excited to be able to say I am finally a loser. I will post when I have more strength.

Well tonight is the night before the big surgery, I have to arrive at the Hospital at 9:45 am. My behind is so sore from the bowel prep, I don't want to go to the bathroom no more tonight. For some reason I am slepy. Well I quess it is off to slumber land for me. I got some Lauren Hill playing on the laptop to help me relax and unwind. I will post again as soon as I can.

I am sooo ready for Thursday to be here!! My sleep apnea machine arrived at my house around noon time yesterday. I had left the hospital around 6am and at noon my machine was set up and ready to go. The service man told me that it normally takes a week or so to recieve the machines in the homes after the sleep study but I was lucky to have it done in the same day. It is no one but God watching over me on my journey towards having WLS. Amen. I am so Blessed and I do not take it lightly all the favor He is granting me. 

Today I am feeling much better. I spoke with the pulmonary dr. and they called the sleep center to get me another appt. I am rescheduled for Friday night. I am so happy because the surgeon said that he could not do my surgery without my sleep mask. Oh yeah, I weighed in yesterday and I lost 7lbs. more. I was to upset to celebrate last night but I am happy tonight.

Well I am so pissed off tonight, I was told that I was scheduled for my 2nd sleep study test tonight. But when I arrived they tell me I am 25hrs late, I was like yeah right! The attendant showed me the schedule, but I remember being told wed. Oct. 25 at 8pm not the 24th. I am suppose to bring the CPAP machine with me to surgery next week, but they have no openings to reschedule me before the surgery date. I swear I am so mad I want to eat but that wont solve anything, I want a drink but what will that help!!! O am so nervouse about not being able to have surgery without that Damn machine. I ahve gone this long without it what the Hell else could happen? I just had to vent. I will post again once I hear from Dr. Fares office tomorro. Please Lord let me be able to keep my scheduled surgery date. Oh yeah, I was at the dang on hospital loast night for a support group mtg and there again today for Pre Adm. Testing. Someone couldn't pick up about the CPAP being needed before scheduling my surgery date???
