I feel wonderful...I can admit that I onced wished to be a size 5. Not anymore! I'm loving being a size 9. I love the way my clothes fit and I have the attitude for it. I moved cross country and loving every bit of it. Sandals year round who can complain about that. I'm seeing all of my friends here on OH...and I'm taking my hat off to some of you ladies/gent. Oowee! Looking good peeps...Keep it up!

One Year has flew by!

Well... I can tell you this has been the best present I could have ever given myself. I started this journey at 298 lbs. I have lost a total of 115lbs. I feel so good. Today I took my daughter to one of her many check-ups, and the kids decided to walk all fast and leave me behind. Then they took off running because, I was walking just as fast as they were. But they did not expect me to start running too. I end up beating my son. You know he started yelling....start over, start over... I'm not ready!
I can not come up with the words to truly express myself!
I feel good...I really don't want to loose too much more weight. If I loose too much I will start looking like one of those bobble-head dolls!
