I had my second fill day before yesterday for a total of 2.5 cc in what I think is a 10-12 cc band. Finally I think I am feeling restriction, well not so much restriction as loss of hunger. I ate about 1300-1400 calories today and was not starving which is a huge milestone for me as I was eating 1800 and hungry all the time.I am trying to focus on protein first, then veggies, then carbs and trying to stick with the right kinds of carbs. Not drinking with meals is still difficult but I think I am getting much better at it and getting better at staying away from liquid calories and focusing on solid foods as much as possible.
I am encourage by the change in how I feel and my hunger level and feeling like I am making good progress.
