Woo hoo FINALLY got to 187

I am finally at a restriction level where hunger is decreased and I can follow a meal plan. I have been doing a great job eating clean and its finally paid off.  The scales has been hovering around the same number since before xmas and its finally taken the dive I needed it to. I have changed my breakfast to oatmeal and eating solid protien at lunch and changed my workout so I am not in town and hungry in themiddle of the day.  Tried Hot Yoga the other night and LOVED it adn I am suprisingly sore from it! At 3.5 cc
