second goal met:)

My goal was to be 185 by valentines day and I am there 10 days ahead of schedule!  Put in some extra workouts this week and made lots of good food choices.  I find automating breakfast and lunch is the best way for me to get there.  Supper I can just eat light but if I don't make good choices early in the day the rest of the day is out to lunch (no pun intended).
