hi everyone. I finally logged in. I've been following JB's daily menu for awhile now. I'm on a 3 week liquid diet right now so I just read the messages and not the menus. I have to close my eyes when food comes on TV! Anyway, I'm 67 years old (what took me so long?) I first met with my surgeon in January. At that time I weighed 354...now ,306. My surgery is scheduled for April 26. I'm really excited and scared at the same time. It will be really good to have your support. I live outside of Philadelphia PA. I'm a retired writer. Now I read, write, and make jewelry. My goal is to be able to fit in a car and to be able to hike again. So good to be here!
