well its been a very interesting journey so far.i'm 4 mths out from surgery and things are going super!i have lost 65 lbs and am wearing size 18 clohes now from a tight 24!!!! i cn't begin to tell you all how happy this surgery has made me.i am living life now. cathy paulding

Doing great so far.6 weeks now since surgery and I've lost 38 lbs.able to eat nice small meals and really enjoy them.getting great support and clothes starting to fall off!!! cathy

went to see the nutrionist today.i am advancing to phase 4 diet.will be good to eat but i'm also a little afraid as i am doing so well and feeling great!will be careful and start real slow.lost 27 lbs to date. cathy

hi all,i am doing very well since my surgery.no problems.i am able to take in my liquids w/o problems.going back to work next week-yeah!i feel wonderful.down 25 lbs already!!!

Cathy--- Great to hear that all in all things went well for you. I hope you remember to eat, and try to get some rest.

hey everyone.surgery is all done.everything went very smoothly.i did have to stay an extra day as i had some swelling in my pouch and couldn't hold down the protein shake but everything went better today so i'm home and feeling great.just a little tender and very bruised form iv's and heprin shots.today i have to remember to eat!!!thank you all for you loving support!today i have chosen to take back my life!!! cathy
