William Fuller
"Dr. Fuller is wonderful. The first time I met him was with Dr. Ali. He had just been made a full associate. He is kind , softspoken and has a little sparkle in his eye. I was joking with him and told him he reminded me of Chris Rock because of the sparkle in his eyes and he says he would rather portry the Denzelle Washington persona. Very cute. LOLrnHis office staff is very helpful. Particularly Gracie who is the clinical coordinator who is responsible for getting all the tests reports lined up and in the chart before you can be approved by the surgeon's evaluation committee.rnThe office is very busy. They do 4-5 surgeries a week so that is ove 250 patients per year.rnHe told me that my surgery went well, no leaks, and my liver biopsy was normal. Hallelujah!!!rnI gave him a hug at my 10 day appointment and he said \"Now , you know what to do and the ball is in your court. I did my job now it's your turn.\" rnHe emphasized over and over again that they are always available and made sure that we had all the contact numbers before we left the hospital. They want us to call if there are any problems at all and to make sure we return to UCDMC if there are any problems not some other hospital.rnI would give him a 10 out of 10. rnHis surgical competence and bedside manner are wonderful rnFebruary 2007rnIt has been 15 months since Dr. Fuller had me on the OR table at 297 pounds. This was the first time since he has seen me at 150 pounds. rnI hugged him and told him\"Thankyou for giving me my life back.\" He said \"You did all the work\" I said,\"Yes, but you gave me the tool.\" rnHe was amazed at how I look now. So am I rnThankyou Dr. Fuller I love you!!"

"UC Davis is a teaching and research hospital. A lot of what they do is on the cutting edge. Which is comforting that you are getting the very latest in treatment. Plus it is a huge hospital. I have had other stays at hospitals not in California and over all had a better experience, but a teaching hospital is a whole other animal and I knew that going in. "

"Dr Stauber is an excellent provider who is always there for us. I have worked in the medical field for many years and he respects my opinion like a colleague. if I fee myself or my husband need a certain test, he will order it. He is always right on top of all the tests and labs. Plus he will only send you to someone that he would send his own family to."
