Today I had some mashed potato's and It was sooooooo good!!!! if you are on the soft food diet you have to try it.Recipe
small potato
butter (I can't believe it's not )
low-fat milk
vegetable broth
salt and pepper
parsley flakes
shredded medium cheese
wrapped the potato in a plastic bag make sure you wash the potato, and make sure the bag has no holes, we used a market bag, put in microwave for 4 minutes. Once you take it out scrape the potato out with a spoon not using the skin, put it in a bowl and smash with a fork, then add butter, low-fat milk little salt and pepper, parsley and vegetable both, put in a bowl and add the cheese on top. Omg!! it is good.
