So I am at 173lbs... weight is coming off a little slower nowadays but im still happy because its coming off period lol !!! So yes its a major adjustment new lifestyle, new life in general.....Im having fun though, moreso then I have in a long time lol probably ever in my adult  and teenage life why? you may ask well because I have energy!!!!! So Much Energy to spare!! Other then that Im still going towards my goal of 160-165 and when I get there I plan on maintaining and toning up all this flab...A lot of people having been asking me about my workout routine well I dont really workout conssitantly but I do walk  I do  a lot of walking but I am going to start getting a consistent rountine going I was talking to one of the trainers at the gym on campus...and he said that i should do cardio two times a week and weight train three days a week and that will help me tone up. So we will see how that goes...lol i knocked the fat but not the laziness but we will work it out! lol alright until next time peace be with you!
