I am so frustrated.  I can't get anywhere with the doctor's office.  I have called my patient advocate twice this week -- no return call.  My paperwork was supposedly submitted one month ago today.  The insurance company says they do not have the paperwork.  I'm going to wait until Friday morning, and then I am going to call the doctor's office and ask if they want my business.  If not, I will find another doctor which will slow me down considerably.
