I am excited to see the progress that I have made throughout this year.  I can not wait to see the final result.  I know that I have a lot more energy and my self esteem has picked up quite a bit.

I am truly feeling the Christmas Season and am I even more excited to celebrate the birthday of Jesus.  I pray that all of my friends have a wonderful and safe Christmas and a wonderful New Year.

Well I can not tell you how many people I wanted to call to say 200...I'm 200.  Then I decided just to share it with my OH friends and wait until I get closer to goal for the rest of the folks.....lol

Ok I know I have been off of my game by not posting.  I had a little set back with an additional surgery but to God and only God be the GLORY because he has given me the victory and the gift to continue on.  I miss my OH friends.  My son is going to be 1 whole year old on September 1st and I am excited.  Oh yeah and I did get to go to Jamaica last month and had a ball.  I did learn one thing..when they say no drinking..you need to follow that.  I can honestly say, although I have not lost as fast as I thought I was going to, the slow pace is healthy for me and working for me.  I can not wait to see that scale say 199.  The funny thing is there are so many people who would just cry if the scale went anywhere past 140....oh well not me.  199 will be a major accomplishment.  Well I will talk with you all soon.

Okay I just found out that I am now 225.  What a difference a day can make after this surgery.  I even have more energy to clean more and do garden work.....who would have thought that I would be outside weeding and mulching?

I am so sised.  228, I can't wait to see what 218 looks like.  Off to the gym....Smooches

I am elated..I went to Macy's and actually bought some slacks in a size 16 that fit loose.  I have not worn a size 16 in almost 10 years.  I have less than a month before I go to Jamaica, I wonder if I will make it to a 14 by then.

As you get ready for Easter tomorrow please remember the true meaning of Easter.  It is the day that Christ arose from the dead and ascended into Heaven.  It was a wonderful miracle to follow his dying so that we can live.  I know this is offensive to some but I am going to stand on principle and make sure that we don't forget.   I will not be giving the "Easter Bunny" and his egg any credit.

I am loving this surgery thing and I can not wait to see what is to be.  I am able to move around with no complications, only a small amount of soarness.  I guess at this point I can say that I DO NOT have one of those horror strories other than the fact I can no longer drink my Welches Grape Juice.  That there is a disaster.

Tomorrow is it, I can not wait at all.  I am however having a hard time sticking to this clear diet today.
