Well, guys, looks like my 4th surgery in less than 3 years. BUt ya know, I am not at all unhappy that I had gastric bypass.. I am over 200 pounds thinner.. and much healthier..I decided long ago to look at each complication that came my way as just another small bump in the road.. and maybe a few weeks setback.. but then my successful journey continues.. and I will achieve that ultimate goal one day of being at my goal weight of 145-150.. Thanks for all the wonderful support you guys have given me the past three and half years.. Hugs,

congtratulations on your weight loss. Can you tell me what your diet consist of and what type of exercise did you do? I have lost 41 lbs and I am 7 weeks out.
