I am a 34 year old woman who is married with twin boys who will soon be 4. I have always struggled with my weight but than when I was diagnosed with PCOS. And than a few years later was told that I had gone though premature ovarian failure( early menopause) for no apparent reason, Thats when the weight really started to pack on all the way up to 284 lbs. I have tried diets and just have not been able to sustain a loss and keep it off. So off to Mexico I go to see Dr Alvarez, Susan his coordinator has been wonderful. I have several goals but my biggest one is to be able to really play with my kids and live life.
