I am sure you have heard my story before -- tried many diets only to lose weight and then gain back even more. I have thought about weight loss surgery in the past but always talked myself out of it as being too dangerous. This time I did my research and am excited to have made a final decision to have surgery and, hopefully, conquer permanent weight loss once and for all.
