Had a torsoplasty. Essentially I hated the way I looked in clothes, Never-mind any other way. I felt like I looked more like a pregnant woman than a man. Well I still have a little bear belly and need to continue to eat more healthy and exercise, but I can no longer be accused of having man boobs. I do however know pretty much exactly what a woman feels like after a mastectomy.

 

Wife told me to look into skin removal surgery. I am now down 215 lbs. Would love to be rid of the empty skin I carry.

 

I have been down the road, few bumps here and there. Now down 130 lbs and no new issues except my Blood pressure has been up to bad highs again. I take pills for that.

Looking at all this hanging skin I have and I am only 1/3 of the way to goal. I will be a giant empty bag by the time I reach goal.

 

I am on forth day of pre surgery fast. Coping better with the protien shakes and only liquids than I thought.
