Today I went to the Dr. I started out 294 and I'm 211 I'm almost out of the 2's. I can't wait to see that scale say 199.9. I'm glad that things are going right my bmi is going down also. This journey has had it's up and down but I'm so glad that i made the decision to have this surgery. It's so funny that i can fit so many different sizes 14,16,18s.

I'm so HAPPY for this journey it has really humble me and made me realize how important healthy eating is. I thank God for all of the support I'm getting from family and friends I never would have made it with out them. It really makes me HAPPY when men notice that i have lost weight. I've went from a size 26-28 to a size 18w I'm four months post op and i feel great.

On Wednesday I went to the Dr. for my three month visit and I was down 50 lbs I'm so happy with the weight loss but I still feel the same I guess I'll get over that feeling soon. I pray that everyone is doing well on their own weight lost journey stay prayerful.

Two Months Post op

I'm two months post op. I have days when i feel nausea and i can't stand it do any one have any idea what's going on with me. I would like to talk to anyone who may have had this symptom.

Today is my Surgery Date

Hello everyone today is my surgery date and I'm feeling sad because i was not able to have my surgery. On Dec 18 i fell down the steps and broke my ankle I was in a boot until my surgery date which was January 10 than a soft cast following that, hard cast. I was so excited before i fell but now I'm thinking am I doing the right thing I ask for a sign now I'm confused can anyone help me make the right choice I really need someone to help me.

But wait ! on December the 18th i fell down the steps and broke my ankle now i have to wait until i'm done with all of this madness to do my surgery. I'm a single parent and I know that my daughter is tired of me so i'm going to have to put my surgery date on hold. Keep me in your prayer I waited so long for this date and now I have to put it off.

I have cleared all of my Dr's. YES I'm so happy!!!! Today I went to see my Nut. and I have two more visit with her and I'm done.
I can't wait to get to the other side to live a health and energetic life.. So Bitter Sweet! My daughter and I are so excited she has been my support person through all of this. So keep me in your prayers. Thanks OH Family

I'm getting so close to my surgery date I cleared another doc. yesterday. Now I have to see my primary doc. Only thing I have left is the NUT. which i have to see her for the next 3months and then my approval letter. I'm really on my way.

Yeah Yeah !!! I cleared another doctor today and I have another visit with the pulmonary doctor next week I pray that the sleep study test went well,,,, I'm getting closer to my date and I can't wait.

Yesterday I cleared another doctor. YES!!!!! Only thing they have to do is write up the report and send it to my doctor and I'm clear from my pulmonary Dr. I gettin there thank God.
