Almost 8 weeks out and at a stand still..ahh the human body..a mystery for sure
I'm certainly not overeating..ha ha..im confident it will pass..
and i have no idea how this blog thing works..ill figure it out in due time i guess..
im down 40lbs so far a stall was bound to happen..now for the waiting..
