Had surgery on 11-17-2009 without complication. Came home yesterday feeling fine not a lot of pain just a little tenderness.

The flesh is weak.....4 days into liquid diet.

How much wieght should I be loosing on a clear Liquid diet? It is not too hard but, temptation is a mother! So, far I've cheated with very small pieces if mini candies maybe 2 snickers a day? What can I do to stave off these urges? Other than this issue I've been sticking with it. Anyone have any advice for the next 10 days?
