8 Week check up

Well Been a while since i wrote in here was waiting for my 8 week check up and i went to today nut said everything is good my lab work came back good and i lost.. 60 pound.. since WLS i was so excited thats like over 10 pounds a week. I feel so much better now i still have those days were its hard to eat but leanrning how to adjust to those im going to wait another 10 pounds then im going to go shopin and buy some new pants my old ones are big .. Im so glad i did decied to do this WLS also my hubby stop smoking and is watching what he eats so we will all be healthy !

33 pounds loss

Its Been a little over 2 weeks actuly 18 days since WLS. I went to doctors today got the staples out and was weighed in and lost a total of 33 pounds ,since my last weigh in with him, he was very pleased and happy i go back in 6 weeks i am still on musy and deli meats and stuff but i have not had any problems. i feel so blessed to have had this WLS done i have not had to take insulin since surgery or my blood persure pills GOD IS GOOD!!

Well I'm home and I actualy feel good It was'nt as bad as i thought it be, I have very little pain mostly just sore and I have been able to hold down the clear liquids i was up walking the nurses station the night of WLS 1 full lap then was doing 2 laps now im home resting and siping siping siping make room for me on the loser bench because now the time to start losing

Well the time is here and Im ready to get this done!...Im all ready I have a few last things to pick up and I need to pack tonight ,then 4am wake up then off I go for my WLS to start a new healthy life I will keep you updated in my progress

4 More days then its here I waited so long, the hospital called me today to get me all signed in after that call it felt more real then ever, this is really going to happen.. im so excited I cant wait for the new healthy me!

One Week on Liquid befor WLS

One Week befor WLS and lost 11 pounds total i been working hard on not eating nothing but liqiuds been hard at times but i been trying differnts soups and broth and so far working ok and love the SF pudding and applesause one more WEEK to go then surgey date nov 16th its getting closer hope this week goes fast :) so the 16th gets here :) well ill keep u updated soon

Monday start my full liquid diet

Well Monday I start my full liquid diet, should be easy since i'm already diabetic and eat sugar free stuff as it is. My son going to go on it with me so will help .
I’m getting Existed but yet a tad nervous but the more I read on this site the more at ease I feel I have 15 pounds to lose before I’m sure I can do it, I will keep you updated as I get closer to the day

Today I got the date set for surgery im soo happy. I only got like a few weeks then I go in to have it done im on the liquid diet before, I been on it on and off for months now but I want to lose a few more pounds before im very happy this is getting done,I been waiting like 2 yrs and its now here wow when they called me 2 days ago and told me date. I was like whoa I was over whelm and even cryed I couldn't believe its going to happen no more sickness. I hope im tired of feeling ran down a lot because of diabetic im already use to the sugar free so this shouldn't be so hard my husband is very happy for me and my kids I will be able to finally going fishing with him, because where he goes a lot of hiking and I couldn't do it befor but now in time I will be able to. will check back in closer to the date I go in

Hello I was approved for surgery after over a yr waiting its getting closer to just waiting for one more thing then I get a date ... I been trying to diet for yrs but always seems to gain it right back so doctor told me this is the best thing for me I found this web page on my doctor website and found it interesting so thought I sign up and be apart of something that will help me get through this I want this so bad I smoke cig for over 25 yrs and its been almost 1 yrs smoke free I quite so I could have this done and since I did I feel it was the best thing I ever did I will keep this updated
