HAVING A CHANGE OF HEART!!

I am really beginning to have achange of heart about having this surgery, I really think I can do it on my own. I'll make a lifetime commitment for that.

Last night I had my sleep study. I have SEVERE SLEEP APNEA. That was scary to hear I was so emotional. I guess I'll receive my CPAP machine in about 14 days.
I have an appoinment with teh Shrink this afternoon.I'll let yall know how that went later.

I had my cardio exam today, my blood pressure and my heart rate was up. So that didn't go well everysince than I been kind of worried. So anyway he scheduled me for a EKG and Stress Test, I have to monitor my blood pressure everyday for two weeks and I can only drink water which isn't a problem since I've been dieting anyway. i hope everything goes well when I take those test. He really scared me today it mad me feel like I may have heart diease or something, I asked and he said no he just wnats to make sure.

Today I saw my PCP and got my blood work results back. I saw my Nutritionist today for my 2nd visit. I lost 8 lbs since last month. I must saw my PCP and Nutritionist is very supportive.
The Day after the Seminar

After attending the Seminar last night I decided to get the ball rolling. I took my Health Questionaire Packet to Dr. Kilgman's office, afterwards I scheduled the following appointments:
1. Sleep Study on 11/30
2. Psychiatrist on 12/08
3. Cardio Test on 11/25
4. Pap on 12/16
5. Inital Consultation with Dr. Kilgman 12/17

Today I attended the WLS Seminar at The Pikesville Hotel for Dr. Mark D. Kilgman. During the presentation I was education on the risk, the surgery it self, and the life long commitment that comes long with having the surgery. I AM WILLING and READY TO COMMIT!!
