"I have to change surgeons which is not a complete hardship as Dr Bertha was reccomended by the head of the Department of surgery where I work. Will post again after I see hime Oct 17th. (Nov. 7) Forgot to update)Dr Bertha and all the office staff is friendly, supportive, and caring. The insurance specialist was especially helpful and always returned my calls promptly.
