"The nurses, both female and male, were all great! I never had to really ask for anything, they were right there, continuously, asking me if there was anything I needed, did I need to get up, did I need medication. They were so friendly, so likable. "
"Oh my goodness, what can I say about Dr Bono? rnrnFrom the moment I met him and his nurse coordinator, Jane, I felt at ease. Both are very upfront and honest, willing to tell you the good and the bad to everything. I didn't feel that I had to hesitate in any questions that I had and if I didn't understand something completely I knew I could ask them to go into further detail, without making myself feel like a fool. rnrnJane is a GREAT person, as she keeps in touch with all of Dr Bono's patients via visits and email. Living over an hour away from the office, and not always able to call, it helps a lot to be able to pull up my inbox and fire off a question and I know I will get a response back. The rest of the office staff are very friendly and warm. I don't mind sitting in the waiting room because they actually interact with you!rnrnI would recommend Dr Bono to anyone who is within driving distance and is in search of a surgeon for GBS. I HAVE recommended him to quite a few already, and will continue to do so. "
