"Fired" the cardiologist

 This past Monday, I called the nutso cardiologist and told the nurse to cancel my stress test and that I wouldn't be coming back.  The next day I got a call from the Sleep Study group and told them I wouldn't be having the test.  Then I called Dr. Wynn's office and had them make an appointment for me with Dr. Adeleke.  I will see him on Sept. 15th.  Really looking forward to this meeting.  

This Tuesday I go for my Endoscopy and next Tuesday I will meet the Pulmonologist.  Already went for my chest X-ray (which I'll be bringing to my appointment).  Things are slowly coming together.
