 Well I have lost 23 lbs, I need to stop weighing my self everyday! It get annoying but I keep doing it! LOL On a good note everyone that has not seen me since before surgery really notices the difference and so do I in my clothes. I am learning how to get my protein in and trying to not do the shakes so often, So far with breakfast 11 gms of protein! yay me 1 egg and 1 slice of turkey. I had to eat it in 2 portions to get the full benefit but I'm proud of me. And thanks to a blogger on here I also tried the tuna with greek yogurt very good! and packed with protein! Oh yeah I started walking last week I feel so good. I forgot how good it feels to work out. Anyway I've also noted to eat very slow, I throw up if I dont, and its very uncomfortable feeling yuck. So far so great.
