Joyce, You are in almost the same place I am. I had my surgery on June 4th and have lost 35 pounds. People keep asking if I would do this again and I keep saying time will tell. If I lose all the weight I need to then it was definately worth it. I seem so be a slow loser and that is ok if I continue to lose! You are doing great! Try not to let the post op blues get to you! Joyce, I am sorry you are so down. You really are losing well. I don't think I will be one of those melting women when my turn comes either! I was real depressed when I had my back surgery and it took a lot to pull myself out of it. Sounds like you know what to do. I think you will feel better when you walk a bit and try to get some food in you! You still have a couple of weeks before you go back to the doctor - there is time. Good luck.

Joyce, Sorry I didn't get back down to the hospital to visit with you again. Enjoyed meeting your husband and family. You'll do fine. You looked so good, probably a whole lot better than I did on day two. Hang in there, you have a lot of people rooting for you. Friends always.
