Whew!!! Last test done...

I have now completed ALL the prelim test required by my surgeon .  Man, what a process...  but I'm sure it will all be worth it.  Now waiting for the last of the results to be forwarded to Dr. Crookes and final submission to insurance company for approval...  woo hoo!!!
