5 weeks Pre op

Been doing good till lately. Been craving sweets. Made some soup and got reflux. I tell myself a few more weeks and I will not be eating sweets and stuff that is bad for me. I have lost 35lbs already and am trying to hold there or lose a little more before surgery.
I Work out 3 days a week, some cardio the rest strength training. At least 90 min each day I work out. I have been busy with work, school and planning my sons grad party.
Excited and scared all at the same time. I have my Pre op on May 13 th. Hope all goes well. Looking forward to having 6 weeks off of work. I need a rest. Even though I will be working hard at recovering at home.
Giving all all my clothes away to my sisters the last week in May the week before my surgery. Keeping only my small clothes and dresses to wear and work out clothes.
