today i went to get the Mirena taken out. i've hated it for the two years ive had it in! felt liberating to be free of plastic uterine devices. i know that had nothing to do with my weight loss stopping or regaining. but i'm glad it's out. doing the whole nuva ring now.

so i joined a fitness center. yay. really excited about it. going every day i work. i work 4-5 days a week so that's good. i will be going right after work before i pick dita up from daycare.

have a different job prospect. looking forward to changes.

i feel bloated and gross.
