Struggling Still

So I had what I would call a minor set back. A little bit disapointed but what can you do. I had to see a Thyroid Specialist, it went well I feel now its up to the Insurance Company yet again... However I am disapointed bc the last 2 appts I gained a total of 3lbs between the 2, I am frustrated with myself bc I know they will deny you just on that... Ive been a little down in the dumps bc of it... I cant seem to get myself back into the groove of thing and on track, i need some major encouragement and help to get myself straightened out... my next surgery is schedualed for August 14 i really want this and so afraid its not going to happen... HELP ME FRIENDS?!?!?!
