I'm finally telling my story, which is pretty much the same as a lot of you. I have been overweight for most of my life since about adolescence. I lost some weight after moving in with my now husband. That was my skinniest, about 145-160. I maintained that weight for about 4 or 5 years until I quit smoking. A year later I had twins, which brought me up to the 190's after all was said and done. Then came my daughter and 30 more pounds. Three years later, my youngest son, and even more weight. Now I am 288lbs. When I started this journey a month ago I was 293, so I'm on my way to a healthier life. I cannot wait to get started. I'm 37 yrs. old and have so much left in me.
