Congratulations on your upcoming surgery!  We want to help you along your journey if you are looking for bariatric friendly products you can check out our product directory which is located here:   https://www.obesityhelp.com/products/ You can locate many weight loss surgery friendly products here and read reviews from others who have had surgery and use these products.   Also, as you embark on your new way of eating, our recipe page will come in handy.   It is located here:  https://www.obesityhelp.com/bariatric-recipes All recipes are low carb, high protein.  However, do not go off your post-op eating plan that was recommended by your surgeon.  Once you are released to solids and regular meals you can try some of these recipes.   There are some recipes that will fit into your early post-op diet phase but always consult with your nutritionist or surgeon before doing so.   Lastly, be sure to leave a review for your surgeon!   Your information will help others who are looking into surgery be able to decide if the surgery and surgeon is the best choice for them.    Best of luck to you!

Remember how hard it was to be at this weight. Focus on my children that are now toddlers and be determined to make sure that they have a living mother who is able to be there for them emotionally and physically.
