Had surgery July15th, at TEGH with Dr. Cyriac and the whole team was fantastic, I  got home late this afternoon. Very sore. Can not lay down, it hurts too much. I sat up to sleep at the hospital as well in the bed.

Surgery tomorrow @ TEGH with Dr. Cyriac. 

I actually am quite calm and looking forward to this new venture. 

I survived 3 weeks of Opti and I didn't cheat.  That was a feat in itself. 

As of today I lost 19 pounds on the Opti! <
