"I have my initial consultation with Dr. Williams on Dec. 6. I have heard several good reports about Him and am hoping to schedule surgery ASAP.rnrnI had my first visit and was very impressed with the entire staff at Dr. Williams's office. I spoke to His clinical nurse and we discussed the many procedures that must be complete before acquiring a surgery date. Then I spoke to the nutritionist about the diet and vitamin supplementation. Both were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Finally I met Dr. Williams. He is all that I expected. Extremely intelligent and knows His business. He discussed precautions, risks, and benefits of the surgery as they applied to my specific case. At this time I am all go. I am working on the list of preliminary procedures in hope of receiving a surgery date in the very near future. I was 344 at weigh in. I went to the support group meeting on the following Saturday after my appointment and met some interesting and helpful people. Some were pre surgery and others post. Attending the group is a key element to success. This combined with diet, and exercise is in my opinion paramount to success."
