one month post op

cant believe a month as already passed by. thus far, 28 pounds gone. i can see some difference but the people around me can really see a change. i often wonder if i will EVER feel normal again. i still have some left side pain, that i really wish would go away. i have a follow up apt. with the doctor tomorrow about my lung, i hope it all goes well.
5 day hospital stay

sooo i have been home about 3 days from a hospital stay. i developed fluid on my lung which caused it to collapse. i had 15% use of my left lung. they drained it and sent me home. the dr. said there was a chance it could come back. i sit here tonight scared to death cuz of the pain that i am feeling. not sure if it me freaking out or what. if anyone knows anything about this please please let me know.

as the day passes i am getting more and more excited. i look at the before and after pictures and that will be me soon. just the shear hope of it makes the pre-op diet all that much easier.
pre-op diet

well. today is day 4 of the pre-op diet. I am actually doing better than what I had thought I would do. I have realized a couple of things, like every other commerical on t.v is about food. Also, I never realized how important chewing a piece of food was before. Today I actually have a headache which I havent had days prior. Today I do all my pre-op blood work.
