May 22, 2010Well, it has been a long time since I have updated here.. very bad I know.. I will try to add some pics.. On January 5 of this year(2010) I added a very rigorous exercise routine 4 times a week Monday through Thursday for I hour. It is called Jazzercise, and at first it was hard, but now I really LOVE it. It has become part of my nighttime routine. I have even added an additional night , Sunday at 4:30 p.m. My weight is down to 345. I want to get down to about 280 in December 2010. I think that is realistic. Summers are really easy for me to lose weight, and I want to keep it off this time.!
