Hi my name is Debra and I have been dealing with my weight since my early 20s always having this yo yo effect until that last 5 maybe 6 yrs. no matter what I do I have been unable to loose the weight. I was very active until a few months ago when I could no longer bear the pain in my lower back and my hips , knees and ankles. I can no longer finish a 8 hour shift @ work without being in great pain.
