I'm Back...

So, it's been almost two years on this journey and I am returning to obesityhelp.com like the prodigal child.  I've strayed, done some things wrong throughout this process, etc.  But I'm back as this site helps me a lot more than I realized!  I got about 45 more pounds to lose and I need to regain my focus!
